5 measures Riga Champagne
½ measure Allazu kimelis liqueur
½ measure Riga black balsam
2 ice cubes
Pour Allažu ķimelis into a large champagne glass, add champagne. Add two ice cubes and strain Riga black balsam on top.

Liqueur and ice-cream cocktail

1 measure Allazu kimelis liqueur
1 measure Riga black balsam
5 measure pine-apple juice
5 spoonfuls of ice-cream
Place all ingredients in a shaker or mixer and mix. Pour into a large glass and decorate.

Creamy Mocca

1 measure Moka liqueur
1 measure Bonaparte brandy
3 measures cream
